ANIMAL ADVISORY COMMITTEE August 4, 2011-Minutes
Acting Chair Martin Haspel called the meeting to order at 6:35 p.m.
Attending: Bill O'Shea, Kerry Reid and Joanne Baldauf in attendance.

Old Business:
The committee agreed to change the meeting day to the first Wednesday of the month.
New Business:
Officers for the 2011-2012 term were elected:
Chair: Martin Haspel
Vice-chair: Kerry Reid
Clerk: Joanne Baldauf
Three changes to the Committee's charge were passed unanimously:
-paragraph #3, line #9: deletion of a duplication of the words "Animal Control Officer''
-paragraph #4, line #1: deletion of the words "no less than quarterly"; insertion of the words "as needed"
-punctuation clean-ups
These changes will be presented to the Board of Selectmen for their approval.
There being no other items to discuss, the meeting was adjourned at 7:00p.m.
The next meeting will be held on September 7, 2011.
